Change to ESG management board
Peter Obermark now chairs the system and software specialists´ board of directors.

Peter Obermark is the new chairman of ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH´s board of directors. At the shareholders´ meeting, the shareholders of the system and software specialist elected the managing director of Thales Defence Deutschland GmbH to be Klaus Winter´s successor according to rotation and also confirmed him as the chair of the shareholders´ committee and shareholders´ meeting. Managing director of Rohde & Schwarz GmbH und Co. KG, Manfred Fleischmann, was elected as his deputy.
ESG is a subsidiary of four well-known companies: EADS Deutschland GmbH, Rohde & Schwarz GmbH und Co. KG and Thales Defence Deutschland GmbH each hold 30 per cent of the shares. Ten per cent of ESG´s shares are held by Litef GmbH.
Highly specialised services related to the development, integration and operation of complex electronics and IT systems are ESG´s trademark. The company is an innovative partner for consulting, system development, logistics, training, technical and IT services.
