Services in the field of process design and optimisation, supply chain management and managing the flow of goods are ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH''s main topics at this year's CeMAT. As a partner of the "Logistics Network", the company is represented at the LNC shared stand (hall 012/A16). The intralogistics trade fair is taking place from 27 to 31 May 2008 in Hanover.
ESG is a specialist in the field of developing, introducing, operating and disposing of complex electronic and IT systems. As a Lead Logistics Provider (LLP/ 4 PL) with more than 40 years experience in the outsourcing of processes concerned with the overhauling control of high-value technical equipment and the supply of spare parts necessary for this, ESG offers a full range of supply chain management services. Customers benefit from ESG's many years of experience in the outsourcing of processes concerned with managing spare parts and controlling high-value equipment which is to be overhauled.
ESG relieves its customers of all relevant tasks along the supply chain. The company operates and controls logistics centres, focusing on spare and replacement parts logistics (local or global, central or decentralised) and ties these to the necessary transport structures.
The services include full warehouse management (client management within the scope of decentralised customer warehouses), centralised data management with the possibility of decentralised access and coordinating material depots.
ESG is also responsible for requesting spare parts (with direct availability checking) and returns management, including controlling central returns departments (in accordance with the RMA procedure). The company is also involved in integrated material flow management, supply chain event management and offers e-kanban and box management services and intelligent RFID solutions. Technical controlling and consistent process transparency is a continuous element of all ESG services.
