An important part of the ESG business activities is consulting. Our approach at this juncture is always holistic, geared on the volume of sales and neutral. This qualifies us to play an active role in design of future technologies.

Our consulting offerings cover the entire range of the vehicle life cycle, parallel to our service spectrum. Technology consulting ranges from E/E architecture to bus systems, to trainings and learning concepts.

ESG as technology consultant and innovator is aspecialist for modern and future technologies and tools (FlexRay, Etherent, Message Sequence Charts) and is a member of research initiatives and consortia, like AUTOSTAR and ASAM.

The process- and method consulting on the contrary concerned for example with continuous process approaches in the requirements management, the synchronization of product development processes or in the method secured complexity containment of the vehicle development. In this connection ESG revert to the industry standards like CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integrated), Automotive SPICE or to the V-Model XT.
