Concept creation

Before a project is initiated, the customers must draw up their requirements in the form of a performance specification. As early as this stage, ESG provides support that is hardware-neutral and manufacturer-independent by using its customer product knowledge.
Based on the performance specification, we develop draft and technical concepts in which the principle of the solution is outlined and alternatives presented (draft concept), and a technical solution is described (technical concept). The technical concept allows the customer's technical department to assess the planned system and it represents the basis for the IT concept.
The actual solutions are developed in the IT concept. The focus is here on an architecture that is optimal for the customer and meets all the customer's requirements regarding the punctual realisation, serviceability and maintainability, options for expansion and performance specifications.
