In our product support department we perform all the necessary services for our customers within the framework of technical logistics support.

In this process, aircraft are viewed under total lifecycle aspects. With the help of targeted strategies and procedures and under consideration of modern standards, we ensure that aircraft are run economically.

Our product support department focuses on documentation, analysis of operating and maintenance data, material maintenance and obsolescence management.

Our services start with concepts for integrated logistics support (ILS) and logistics support analyses (LSA), which optimise costs as the lifecycle progresses and guarantee the highest possible operational readiness. On this basis, ESG provides services covering the entire lifecycle of complex technical systems, from development and introduction through operation up to scrapping.
