IT project management

We advise and support our customers in the management of large IT and technology projects. In our IT projects we apply ESG methods and processes as well as the procedure model V-Modell® XT and ISO 9001 oriented quality assurance procedures.

We also assist our customers in applying the V-Modell® XT, which provides a methodology guideline that helps the person responsible on both the customer and the contractor side to carry out the right activities at the right time using a structured procedure and thus successfully develop the required IT system. The use of the V-Modell® XT helps to execute IT projects in the public sector on schedule, to keep them within financial limits and to significantly improve the quality of the products.

With our project management expertise, high quality standards and extensive knowledge of public sector tasks and processes, we offer our customers a networked solution approach that has stood the test in numerous projects.
