GeoBroker®
Geospatial data management system
GeoBroker is an integrated, high-performance solution for the archiving, management, retrieval, display and dissemination of military and civil geospatial data and maps. A graphical, web-enabled information system allows specific searches for distributed geospatial data available worldwide as well as quick access to the database. Typical applications of GeoBroker are imagery archiving and dissemination (with data quantities of terabyte proportions), the management of large GIS databases, the generation of simulation and mission databases e.g. in mission planning, and planning and support during civil and military crisis operations.
GeoBroker is in operational use at public and military authorities. It is the central archiving and information system (ZARA) for geoinfo products at the Bundeswehr Geoinformation Office.
