We also use this knowledge to develop proposals for technical modifications when prolonging the service life of a system. In addition to this, we develop and operate obsolescence management systems to prevent technical and environmental obsolescence and reduce the complexity and costs caused by obsolescence. We also provide solutions for occupational safety and environmental protection in accordance with the applicable legal guidelines.

We use technical documentation systems to support effective servicing. ESG is one of the leading producers of customized technical manuals and parts catalogs. Our solutions for Interactive Electronic Technical Documentation (IETD) form a modular part of the Integrated Logistic Support Systems (ILS). Our IETD solutions QuILS and APART conform to national standards (CALS; ASD/AIA S1000D, S2000M, ATA) and, together with their corresponding retrieval systems, have been a success on the market for many years. We generate and implement suitable phase-out and disposal concepts.
