Training for technical/logistic personnel
The effectiveness and efficiency of new software solutions and processes is dependent upon the qualification and training of the personnel employed. This also applies to management staff tasked with roll-out planning and preparation.
ESG designs and implements comprehensive and efficient training programmes for technical/logistic management, operational and maintenance personnel, as well as for operators of complex technical systems in the electronic, avionic and logistics sectors. ESG uses technologies - in part developed in-house - and modern training materials including, for example, CBT and WBT solutions (computer and web based trainings) and simulation based trainings.
