ESG is a partner in the field of technical logistics services for army systems and also provides services in the area of software maintenance and change for them.

Within the scope of product monitoring, we use an expert system that we developed ourselves to determine weaknesses in the technical and logistical system from fault and breakdown data. We also use these findings in programmes to extend the service life of systems. Furthermore, we develop and operate obsolescence management systems.

In configuration management, we monitor the status of systems down to the individual component level. This gives our customers cost optimisation in maintenance through electronic documentation of the integrated parts, assemblies, and subsystems as well as through electronically aided coordination of the maintenance cycles.

ESG is one of the leading manufacturers of tailor-made software solutions for the creation, management, and utilisation of Interactive Electronic Technical Documentation (IETD). We have been successful in the market for years with solutions that follow international standards (CALS, AECMA 1000D, ATA) and with the respective retrieval systems. Our services include:

  • conceptual design and creation of new interactive electronic technical documentation in up-to-date formats (SGML, XML)
  • conversion of conventional documentation into IETD applications
  • handling the change service
  • integration of applications such as CBT or expert systems for diagnostics
  • development of user-specific IETD modules
